Well, yes, there probably should be some meaning to all this…but does anyone really know?
Originally this was a blog between two peoples that thought they had something to say, but only if there was someone to say it to.
These two peoples (Huntingglee and Princess Hibbie) are interested in crafty type things – other things as well, but we needed to narrow it down somewhat and craft seemed the most doable.
Princess Hibbie/gerbelle (one and the same. There are multiple personalities involved) came up with a spectacular(ly stupid) idea that she was going to spend 52 weeks doing a craft type activity.
If you read the blogs, you will see her squirming and basically trying to maneuver her way out of doing these 52 weeks in any timely fashion.
Huntingglee has just slid off the scene entirely. Although she is welcome back whenever she is ready. The first entry is hers.

Okay, so I should NOT have taken you literally when you said you had given up on your 52 weeks of craft. Oh….ummm….whoops….I mean, I don’t want to disillusion your other readers out there with any indication that you had swerved from your original commitment to the 52 weeks of craft! But I must admit (albeit with much disappointment in myself) I stopped looking at your blog every few days as there seemed to be a distinct lack of activity. More fool me! Tonight I took a peek and now I feel completely and utterly indulged!
I continue to marvel at your creativity; the breadth and depth of your talent is breathtaking! I am inspired – truly inspired.
I particularly love your altered book (have you considered doing a flower in a flowering plants book?), especially following our recent conversations. And your crocheting and knitting make me blush with inadequacy! *sigh*
